How do I enter the apartment?

Each client receives by e-mail and SMS a code to the entrance door to the facility and a code to the apartment. This code is assigned automatically by the system and works from 15:00 on the day of check-in until 12:00. 11:00 on the day of check-out. The lock code should be entered on the reader at the door and on the apartment door handle.

Codes are generated two days before the stay and in the case of short-term bookings (less than 2 days) within 15 minutes of booking.

Does the hotel have a reception desk?

No, unfortunately we do not have a reception. The entire booking process takes place online. The entry system is based on a code sent by email and SMS. However, you can contact us at any time by phone (+48 668 993 237), whatsup (+48 668 993 237) or via Booking.

Can an extra bed be placed in the room?

No, this is not possible.

Is there a charge for a lost room card?

Yes, a charge of PLN 100 is payable if the card has been lost.

Is there free internet access and TV in each apartment?

Yes, each apartment has Internet access and cable TV. Apartments 401-409 and 5, 6, 7 have Smart TVs.

Can you smoke in the apartments?

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies. Rooms with a balcony are: 303, 304, 305, 306, 307 and 308. Apartments 4, 5, 6, 7 have direct access to the patio where smoking is also possible.

Is there a kitchen or kitchenette in each apartment?

Each room (except for apartment 307) has a fully equipped kitchenette

The kitchenette has: a 2-burner induction hob, a cordless kettle, a small fridge without a freezer, glasses, mugs, pots, a frying pan, cutlery, glasses, a wine opener, a bowl, a comforting board, a coffee and tea starter set, coffee creamer, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid and a sponge.

Is there a hair dryer in the room?

Yes, every bathroom has a hair dryer.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

Yes, each of our apartments has a separate air conditioning unit.

Are there towels in the apartments?

Yes, in each apartment there are a number of towels appropriate to the number of guests staying in it.

Is there a bathroom in each apartment?

Yes, each apartment has a private bathroom with a Radaway glass shower cabin and a shallow paddling pool. In addition, the bathroom has a hair dryer, soap, shower gel/shampoo, towels.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in begins at 3.00 p.m. Check-out is until 11.00 a.m.

Does Apartamenty Wodna13.pl have its own car park?

Near the hotel there are parking spaces in the parking zone and 220 m from the hotel there is a monitored Parking za Bramką
